Ms. Vanessa Kanangire Ukeye

Ms. Kanangire Ukeye Vanessa is a dedicated professional with a vision to elevate hospitality standards in Rwanda and across Africa by enhancing service delivery and industry knowledge. Her profound enthusiasm for the hospitality sector blossomed through experiences gained while residing and exploring various countries, predominantly within the African continent.
Initiating her leadership journey at a young age, Ms. Vanessa achieved recognition as the "Best Student" and "Most Disciplined" following her secondary school tenure. In 2020, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management from the United States International University - Africa, with plans to pursue further education shortly.
Prior to university, Ms. Vanessa proactively enrolled in a Front Desk Technique course at Utalii College, culminating in a certificate upon completion of the six-month program. Amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, she engaged in IATA training at Topaz, a Travel Company in Nigeria. Demonstrating versatility, Ms. Vanessa assumed managerial roles, including Coordinator for an East Africa Legal Agenda hosted by MINALOC, Content Builder, and Assistant Marketing in Rwanda. From 2021 to 2023, she served as an Event Manager at a restaurant, Corporate Agent, and Event Planner at an event company. Ms. Vanessa holds a certificate in Event Management from the International Hotel and Tourism Institute in Kenya.
Her expertise spans Sales, Marketing, Event Planning, and other related roles within the hospitality industry. Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Vanessa finds joy in reading books on effective leadership and service, engaging in swimming, and enjoying old-school music and dancing. Ms. Vanessa's commitment to excellence, coupled with her diverse skill set and continuous pursuit of knowledge, positions her as a valuable asset in any hospitality - related capacity .

His journey in the travel industry began in 2016. It was sparked by a deep-rooted passion for exploring the world and a desire to help others embark on transformative journeys. Over the years, He has witnessed the wonder of travel and the joy it brings to people's lives.
Patience brings five years of experience in the travel sector, specializing in areas such as adventure travel, cultural tours, etc. His experience has honed his skills in crafting exceptional travel experiences and given him valuable insights into understanding our travelers’ diverse needs and desires.
