Ms. Carolyne Mziray Lawrence
Chairperson of the Board
Ms. Carolyne Mziray Lawrence is a business owner and CEO of two companies; Agrocan Tanzania Company Ltd & Black Rhino Tours & Travel Company Ltd.
After a 6-year career in Finance and accounting in a prominent tourism company, Ms. Carolyne returned to visit her dreams by starting up her own Tour Company BRT. She personally believe Tanzania is the greatest safari destination on earth. Tanzania as a country conjures excitements which typifies Africa. The landscape is stunning and its beauty unmatched and she deeply desire to showcase its beauty through tourism, strives to deliver exceptional service to all its clients, by adding a personal touch, making unique safari programs, she ensures that clients time spent with BRT is comfortable, enjoyable and memorable for all the 13 years in the business.
Ms. Carolyne, She then started another Company in support of the Africa Food Security Initiative, she believes Africa can feed itself and the World, her entrepreneurial mind is set on ways to drive positive change in the World. By strategically work to improve value addition to agricultural products leading to a thriving business. She believes Agrocan Tanzania is one of the upcoming trader, processor and distributor of high-quality food products, which will creates wealth and enhance lives.
Ms. Carolyne contribution has been seen and recognized by WIA- Women Entrepreneurs Awards 2021.
She is a strong advocate for Love, wishing people well by cultivating and appreciating Love to all. Her faith in God comes first and seconds by her faith in her businesses success.
Ms. Carolyne earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Accounting, 2008, MBA in 2015 from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI).

Mr. Jackson MUGUMYA

Attorney. MUGUMYA Jackson is a Rwandan National. He holds a Bachelor of Law Honors degree (LLB) from University of Rwanda and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the Africa University courtesy of a scholarship from ARIPO/WIPO. He also holds a postgraduate diploma from the Institute of Legal Practice and is a Licensed Advocate, Mediator of the Supreme Court of Rwanda and a visiting lecturer at school of Law.
Mrs. Daniella RUSAMAZA

Mrs. Daniella is the founder and Managing Director of Iwacu Diaspora Network (IDN). IDN (Iwacu Diaspora Network) is for Rwandans and Investors living internationally, specialized in personal assistance and many other assistance services including declaration and payment of property tax, real estate, loan acquisition, property management, among others.
Daniella is an accomplished Relationship Manager with more than five years of experience in highly regulated banking institutions, including Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) and BPR Bank. Daniella has developed deep expertise in identifying, evaluating, and addressing customer queries and has a proven track record of leading Relationship Management functions and managing large teams.
Daniella is a holder of Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of Kigali (UoK).
Mr. Egide RUCYAHA

Mr. Egide RUCYAHA is an accounting professional with over 7 years of experience working in corporate accounting largely within the hospitality industry. He has held a number of senior roles at Hotel Villa Portofino in Kigali as a Financial Controller & Inventory Manager, Assistant ChiefAccountant, and Finance Manager.He isaCertified Public Accountant (CPA_Intermediary) currently pursuing CPA Advanced level with KASNEB. Egide has extensive experience in auditing, taxation,and financial reporting. He currently works as a Chief Accountant for a ParkInn by Radisson Hotel in Kigali.
